peachtree: New company

To make a new company:

First we click the Peachtree software, there a page open that is:

Then we click the option of set up a new company, there occurs a new page that is:

Here we have asked about some particulars to be filled that are our company`s name, our chart of account, our accounting method which we will apply, our accounting periods that how about our business will be.

Then we will read all and click the next option, then arise a new page that is:

after filling particulars, we will click next option:

After pressing next option, there arises a new page that is:

here they asked, that which type of business we want: either we are agree onset up anew retail, manufacture, service, construction or distribution,

or we want to set a new company using an extensive chart of accounts,

or we want to copy it from existing Peachtree company,

or we want to convert our company,

or build a new company.

Here we click the last option that is build a new company.

Here we have selected the accrual accounting method.

After pressing next, there will be option of posting method to choose.

Here we have selected real time posting method. In batch method, there is first we have to make a batch of 15 or... Transactions, then they will post.

Here occurs a page after pressing next, which is about accounting periods.
